Our facility is easily accessible to all of The South Bay and greater Los Angeles County, Boogiezone Utopia is close to the 110 and 405 Freeways on Carson Street and Cabrillo situated in Old townTorrance. Whether short term, long term or for a special event.  Some of our clients include movies, film reality shows and more!



In your interest to rent please provide the full block of time you are looking to rent as this needs to include your set up and clean up.

  • To secure any space requires a 50% non refundable deposit.

  • For certain event types, a non-refundable $100.00 to $150.00 cleaning deposit will also be charged, paid preferably by check or credit card only.

  • We recommend prior to booking space that you schedule your walk through of the facility to make sure the space will meet your needs.

  • Our common area’s such as the lobby, hallways, bathrooms are shared spaces and can not be decorated for events without permission.

  • We do not cater, but do allow you to serve food to your guests.

  • We do not offer tables for rent, but do have chairs available.

  • Due to Old Town Torrance noise ordinances and our proximity to residential living, we cannot host events with loud music after 10:30pm.

Our 3200sf Ballroom is magical! The massive trusses help support an amazing lofty ceiling and provides for a gigantic open and un-interrupted floor space. That’s right! No pesky columns in the way. Feel free to create whatever arrangement that will fit the dynamic of your event with the entirely flexible room!
